Everyone loves a comedy, and just as many people are intrigued with crime. So, we’ve decided to give you some of both with a year-long film series featuring a funny movie one month and a lawbreaking thriller the next on Tuesdays at 7 p.m.
On November 12, see The Cameraman (1928), starring Buster Keaton and Marceline Day. A New York City sidewalk portrait photographer strives to become a motion-picture cameraman when he falls for a secretary working at a newsreels company.
Comedies and Crime: A Film Series concludes on December 10 with The Thin Man.
This event is free and open to all.
